Absolut. Selbst in der Pandemie waren Anhörungen per Video in Betreuungssachen nach Ansicht des Bundestages undenkbar und der Untergang des Rechtsstaates. Aber hier geht es ja nur um Ausländer:innen.

Die Justizministerkonferenz möchte Anhörungen zu Abschiebehaft gerne per Videokonferenz ermöglichen. Ich bin ein großer Freund von der Möglichkeit, per Video anzuhören. Andere Länder machen das seit Jahrzehnten. (1/3)

So I'm reading »Killed by a traffic engineer« and I'm finding out a number of things I didn't know about US traffic safety.
I knew they didn't have strong driver licenses or w/e but I was surprised they do not have mandatory car inspections either. Also apparently no concept of revisiting a street
