In this era of attacks on workers + unions by Trump admin, @governor.ny.gov wants to allow big corps who violated labor law off the hook, even when workers are already in court.

The @nyassemblymajority.bsky.social & @nysendems.bsky.social must stand strong against changes to pay frequency law!

Paging @schumer.senate.gov : Isn't this the red line you told @chrislhayes.bsky.social would constitute a full-blown constitutional crisis?
Days later, Trump has revealed the full scope of the scheme: Summary deportations of U.S. citizens to a Salvadoran prison where they have no constitutional rights or hope of return.

What?! We have to wait till the Supreme Court decides *and* Trump disobeys them for Schumer to finally conclude "democracy is at risk"? Trump & Musk are already ignoring *and* openly defying court orders!

One thing continues to be clear: Schumer is not the leader Democrats need for this moment.
WATCH: Schumer says "our democracy will be at stake" if Trump disobeys the Supreme Court—but "we're not there yet."

As Trump & Musk upend federal labor law,
" @govkathyhochul.bsky.social and legislative leaders can include legal provisions in this year’s state budget that will expand enforcement of worker protections while adding over $100 million yearly in new funding for staff at the state DOL."

I will NOT vote to let Elon and Trump pick winners and losers with your taxpayer dollars.

Senators were not elected to beg Trump for federal resources.

The Trump administration’s attack on “DEI” is really an attack on all of U.S. anti-discrimination law.

This @nytimes.com piece sidesteps that fact completely, in favor of a narrative about a left divided.
