There are legit concerns about how corporate DEI programs can be deployed to weaken union organizing.
But that’s not why Trump is targeting DEI, and everybody on the left knows that. He just wants to Make America Discriminate Again.

I 100% agree with you that Dems are not fighting and leading the way we need them to in this moment, but not sure the result of this vote would be different if Schumer held it open, given that Sinema was so determined to vote on this. (Seems likely she will be a lobbyist for the CoC in 2025.)
