So surgery went well! It's going to take time to heal since we did a graft to make a new ACL, but I'm healing and I'll only be getting stronger every day🙂↕️

Slowing down footage at 24fps that’s this dark and with this much motion is nearly impossible. Better approach is to use iPhone’s slomo tab but best approach is to get an app like Filmic Pro/Blackmagic that gives you access to shutter and set it at double a higher frame rate (60 1/120 120 1/240 etc)
