i noticed today while doing some personal project scribbles in procreate that my whole understanding of lines and shapes has somehow shifted since i’ve started drawing with lasso brush in heavypaint and have stopped doing lineart. in a good way, i might add! but maybe that’s just some flu talk, idk

Palaeoplatyceros hispanicus- a muntjac-like deer from the Middle Miocene of Spain. Numerous antlers found on Otero Hill in Palencia allow to trace the age-related dimorphism of these animals. The illustration shows an adult, possibly even old, animal and a younger deer in the background.
