Every now & then I download a number of habit tracker apps & there is one feature that they never have. That’s a rolling day tracker. Let’s say I want to workout 4 times every 7 days. But I don’t want to track week to week. I just want to make sure I have 4 in the last 7 days.

I always have so much trouble with spoken lessons on @duolingo that it’s becoming a joke between my wife & I. She says my Japanese pronunciation is fine when taking my Australian accent into account. But because she’s spent almost 20 years in Oz the lessons don’t like her either.

I listen 2 a lot of podcasts. @spotify would have 2 have the worst listener experience. I love listening 2 music. But 4 all the money spent on exclusive content, I just can’t stand listening 2 it on #spotify. Creating playlists based on shows is impossible. Other apps do better.

I decided no resolutions this year. Every year I end up forgetting about them or fall right back into bad habits. But then I was thinking, maybe getting 500 followers would be a good goal. Nothing too fancy for that. I just have to come up with something to say every now & then.

I really should post more. I just don’t feel like anything I have to say would be of value to anyone else. Maybe I should try posting at least once a week here. I also neglect the Fb/T/I/X places too. So it’s not like I’m really trying.

I’d walked past this path many times without realising it was a path. I took a wrong turn once while exploring a different path and ended up exiting down this path. It’s now become a favourite place to start exploring.

Hey everyone, I have an ask. Earlier this year, I left an extremely toxic work environment due to the effects it was having on my health. Since then, I’ve been slowly building up freelance creative work in the Tokyo area. It’s a bit too slow, though, and I need help rounding up more work, ASAP.

I think the hardest thing about moving over here is trying to find all the interesting people you followed over there. So many have taken the opportunity to start over. So it's not 1:1 for user names and profile pics.
