Most VC’s I speak with view AGI as the potential for legal slavery; they want a source of cheap, expendable labor that isn’t burdened with rights that would conflict with their desires.

Hey @larslofgren.bsky.social read your post about Reddit mods. It’s actually worse. For example, I was once mod of a cloud provider based sub, and the actual company took it over forcefully after I removed their ability to collect metrics from it (they were spying on the users, collecting metrics).
