Der Verwaltungsgerichtshof in Bayern hat entschieden, dass die stationären #Grenzkontrollen illegal sind und auch die Bezugnahme auf Artikel 72 AEUV jeglicher Grundlage entbehrt. Die Bundesregierung hat keine Rechtsmittel eingelegt und das Urteil ist rechtskräftig.
