To anyone wondering about the validity of the fundraising by desperate Gazans & questions about how the money is being access and used this is a really good thread. I had questions about the latter, personally.
I am going to try to keep adding accounts here as I work through the Palestinian accounts here.

I am going to make this 🧵 to answer as many common questions about these accounts as well as other Gazan GoFundMes as I can so put a 📌 in it if you need a central location for these questions.
I’m going to make individual posts for the Palestinian accounts I’m boosting today so they don’t get lost in a thread but if you are looking for them all in one place I’ll link them here 🔽
This is what nearly probably every woman encounters at least once in her life. In work. At school. At home. Some of u, repeatedly.

I never cared for Jordan on #GH before probably bc I never cared for any of the PCPD. Mac is the only exception. But I really like this Jordan and want more for her. And it's bc of Tanisha. She's gorgeous, yes. But she's also a strong actor. She's got range, vulnerability & subtlety in her acting

The Founders were so concerned about bribery that the Constitution forbids it three separate times. Two emoluments clauses ban officials—unambiguously including the president—from accepting things of value, plus bribery is the only named impeachable offense besides treason.

Unprecedentedly corrupt.

Just admit you don't know what you're doing moderation-wise.

And hire some people who actually do. There are a lot of experienced folks on here who would LOVE to make this a successful, consistent, well-messaged project.

Glad BlueSky did this. When I saw Patton Oswalt saying Megyn Kelly should be fed into a woodchipper feet first for defending raping children based on what age she thinks is okay, I thought, "yes, comedian Patton Oswalt is going to, in real life, feed Megyn Kelly into a woodchipper feet first."
patton oswalt has been suspended from bluesky for saying that megyn kelly should be fed to a woodchipper for justifying the sexual abuse of minors

#GH doesn't know how to write love or angst anymore. Anything interesting just stalls & withers on the vine before a 1st kiss even happens. The rest is uninspired

The coming redux 🙄: Lante, LiRic, Jortis, Jabritt.
Boring: CarJack, Voss, Pisiah, Jonny, BLQ/Chase
Cute: Gemma, Colly, Macinda (ONLY 3!)

Today is a good day to remember, and to say, that the #MeToo movement was right, and was righteous, and has been vindicated over and over again. There was no overreach. There was no excess. There was no they-went-too-far.

So much work remains to be done.

My takeaway from every new Epstein revelation is that some powerful people victimized many powerless young women, many more knew, some actively enabled it--and we're still being told that MeToo and accountability for sexual violence have gone too far

James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

Anthony Horowitz, author of three 007 novels, says:

“You can't have him wake up in shower and saying it was all a dream."

Whenever some sanctimonious Dem announces that America needs a functioning Republican Party, I always think “I’d settle for a functioning Democratic Party.”

The coordinated nature of this—none are facing voters in 2026—means that either Schumer approved it or failed in his job as Senate Majority Leader to stop it.

Dems voting "no" get zero credit until they demand a change in leadership. Schumer out as Leader, Durbin out as Whip.
so currently defectors are:

Kaine (2030)
Shaheen (Retiring)
Hasan (2028)
Fetterman (2028)
Durbin (Retiring)
CCM (2028)
Rosen (2030)

I think tonight shows why “moderate to win elections” is a real risk

the big divide in the Dem caucus, as many have noted, has been less moderate vs progressive than fight versus don’t fight

but it’s not a coincidence that basically everyone in the “don’t fight” camp is a moderate

Nosferatu was excellent. And not at all scary.
I'm a scaredy cat when it comes to watching horror films. Last night I watched Frankenstein (I think it fell flat compared to the source material). And tonight I'm braving Nosferatu. So far it's just visually stunning.
