@hockeyviz.com (a thought inspired by your repost of this gorgeous viz) Have you ever tried heatmapping zone entry paths? Maybe there's certain players who always enter from the left wall and drive deep, some who enter and cut across, some who stop up to make a pass, or maybe it's a f(coaching)?

Spitballing here over a few posts: could there be something brewing between the Leafs and Sabres? The Leafs have a surprising amount of cap space available right now, and it sounds like they aren't a finalist in the Ehlers sweepstakes so I'm not sure what they're saving it for. (1/x)

Laying in bed thinking about how absolutely cracked the Tavares extension is for the Leafs. His AAV being 3+M lower than Brock Nelson's is insane.
