Beyond flu, intranasal platforms are also being develop for a range of pathogens.

Understanding immune dynamics at the tissue site, and being able to directly measure them in humans, may dramatically improve development of vaccines that elicit robust protection against respiratory viruses.

Our collaborator Purvesh Khatri writes in preprint on new tool for #single-cell analysis called scMetaIntegrator.
The method provides robust effect size estimates and reproducible p-values.
