I don’t like the tax because it’s just another tax. Our existing taxes should be able to fund everything and the damn city should be able to properly allocate funds and have backup for how they’re spent and you know, balance and reconcile accounts.

This is so incredibly frightening. Which of course is what they want, but that this is legally being allowed and endorsed by the government, it’s really a trip.
