Your regular reminder that Pam Bondi only has this job because she takes bribes.

She doesn’t belong at the DOJ.
She belongs in prison.
In normal times, it would be a major scandal for the President to direct his AG to criminally investigate his political opponents to deflect from his own involvement in a major scandal — and for the AG to immediately announce she is doing it. The Epstein scandal and cover up just got even bigger.

Pam Bondi and Kash Patel told Congress the Epstein inquiry was already completed.

Now, on the eve of a vote to release the Epstein files, it’s suddenly “reopened.”

You don’t need a conspiracy board to see what that means:

Calling it active gives them cover to keep the documents sealed.

Pam Bondi on Feb. 21: Epstein client list is “sitting on my desk right now.”
Bondi’s DOJ on July 7: There’s no client list. As for other Epstein files, “no further disclosure would be appropriate.”
Trump on Nov. 14: Investigate Bill Clinton over Epstein.
Bondi, also Nov. 14: Coming right up, boss!

Flashback to when JD Vance, Kash Patel, and Dan Bingobongo all demanded that the Epstein files should be released.

Weird how they stopped.
What changed?

Q. Have you ever socialized with Donald Trump in the presence of females under the age of 18?

Jeffery Epstein: Though I'd like to answer that question, I'm going to have to assert my Fifth, Sixth, and 14th Amendment rights.

A reminder that the Epstein files aren't a distraction from the oligarchy. They're an integral part of it.
A reminder: The perpetrators in the Epstein files are Oligarchs, and so are the ones protecting them.

Anyone surprised that Republicans are fleeing the motte of "pedophile" to the bailey of "ephebophile" hasn't been paying attention. Here's @djgrothe.bsky.social, who ran the James Randi Educational Foundation, defending Epstein & his rapists in exactly that way 14 y ago skepchick.org/2011/04/lawr...

Predictable but still amazing to watch people who spent literally years accusing every librarian, teacher, and trans person they could find of sexually grooming children suddenly throw themselves in with "actually it's ephebophilia"
Megyn Kelly: "I know somebody very close to this case…Jeffrey Epstein, in this person's view, was not a pedophile…He was into the barely legal type, like he liked 15 year old girls…He wasn't into like 8 year olds…There's a difference between a 15 year old and a 5 year old."

@sarahlongwell25.bsky.social has Epstein questions: "One question is did Trump actively — we know he's covering it up. We know he spent time with women who were victims. Do we know if he participated in the pedophile ring as it seems like maybe Prince Andrew did? And, well, did he kill him?"

I just find it so ridiculous that people are hearing for the first time that Trump possibly spent time with young girls with Epstein... as if accusations did not come out in 2015 during his campaign alleging he had raped and beaten a thirteen year old? We've known about this for decades.
