Indeed - just ask ICC judges and prosecutors what it means in practicie. It's a direct assault by the US on European citizens and law.
It's still unclear what US gov means by "sanctioned". But this shows just how much Europe is controlled economically by America in addition to being controlled militarily.

(Oui, je viens de découvrir que la vraie date de l'Escalade de Genève n'est pas la nuit de 11-12 décembre 1602 mais celle de 20-21 décembre puisque à cette époque-là on y utilisait encore le calendrier julien)

Quelle excellente idée ! Même si ce n'est que le début pour ce changement, à mon avis c'est vraiment cette direction que devrait prendre la politique en France (et en beaucoup d'autres pays) pour sortir de la mainmise de l'extrême droite
