Finally!!
Sometimes I think about writing letters to the friends I lost just before/in the early covid waves.
Filling them in and letting them know that the world they left was a better one.

my son did an AI coding course last year through school, this is literally how they taught him to use it. Feed prompts into Claude, put that output into CursorAI, copy and paste the errors into Claude, feed that output back into CursorAI, endless cycles until something works. Insane shit.

I decided to fire people instead. I run a solo-agency. Robust oversight costs more than doing things myself.
I prefer to pay established talent generously with the expectation that they provide due diligence. Outside of working with entry level talent, that's my rule

Been trying to phrase my next #buildinpublic post around the topic of working in circles for lack of attention to detail. The short of it is that I delegated support to a contractor last year and one of the critical automations in my business had record downtime.
