Routines and rituals also helped him keep his mind off... things. Things like what a bumbling chocobo's arse he'd been. He tried to tell himself things would have been different had Rielle just told him - but she had no obligation to do so. It wasn't as if he'd been the sort of person to her that she would feel comfortable disclosing such information to in the previous months. He wasn't as warm, open, and approachable as Ryuuga. And he would never be half the person Fray was, Sid stopped unlacing his shirt as the thought came to him. He never let thoughts of Fray sit with him for long. They always crept up on him in small moments of quiet, in odd hours of the night; every time he let his guard down, they fell upon him, like a dark serpent suffocating its prey to the very last breath. He felt its tight, sickening grasp, crushing his bones and bearing down on his chest with a weight that seemed insurmountable. Sid shook his head, as if that would dispel his morbid thoughts. He couldn't allow himself time to wallow in his grief. He must not falter in his duty. For Fray. For Amnpange For himself. For the two people in the next room- erhaps the only two he'd come to care for who were still living and breathing. And as long as Sid still did the same, he would ensure nothing prevented him from protecting them. Not even his own demons.

Anita Cosia, chef extraordinaire and my character in a Pokemon-themed Tabletop RPG that I'm in! I've wanted to draw a better piece for her for a little while, and finally had that chance!

My tabletop character Anita Cosia: A tall, chubbier woman with tan skin and massively-puffy brown hair. She wears an orange dress with light-blue ribbons and highlights, a little orange bow in her hair, and tennis shoes with the same orange and blue color scheme. She's posing, turned to the side a bit and holding a Pokeball in one hand while pumping her other hand in the air in a fist, holding a whisk. There are other doodles that I've made throughout the campaign, showing a few of her Pokemon and various silly moments: - Her Eevee holding a little Torkoal plush in his mouth - Anita holding up a lemon, thinking it's a Pichu - "Rock Anita", a successful stealth check where she used her hair to pretend to be a rock in a cave - Her Tynamo, sleeping after eating a fruit dish she made - Her Swanna, after just evolving - Anita holding a giant slab of mushroom, eager to try and cook with it

Happy 1 year anniversary of the beautiful finale of Balloon SMP, to celebrate here is the hand embroidery piece commemorating the event I've been working on for the last half year or so 🎈
