Our community deserves someone willing to stand up and deliver impactful leadership. And yet Rep. Gluesenkamp Perez, along with 6 other Democrats in the House, just voted through a funding bill that will give ICE billions of dollars with minimal guardrails.

You quote Trump saying "I won't use force." Whether or not you believe him, that is what he said.
I would say it is genuinely inaccurate to say Trump said he would not use force to obtain Greenland at Davos just now.
Days ago he said he wouldn't rule it out. Now look at these three declarations in a row. They function as a threat.

"Pragmatic" = whatever donors want
"Not perfect but..." = voting against you

Seattle strategy for passive aggressive resistance.
If an ICE vehicle is behind you then you gotta yield twice to everyone else. Or put on the left blinker, wait till the light’s about to turn red, then turn it off and go straight. Things of this nature.

Reaching across the aisle just gives your colleagues (opponents) a chance to knock you down.
