Since we're all under stress, a PSA: a tight muscle is functionally the same as a weak muscle. Strength exercises do more to alleviate muscle tension than stretching exercises do. FWIW

Used the thoracic wedge and then did backbend abs on the ladder barrel and got the BEST accidental adjustment T6-T8. Ahhhhh! Releasing your thoracic spine will help alleviate stress and OPTP's thoracic wedge is about $40. Prices subject to change without notice. 🙃
