In today's 'house horrors'...in the posted online realtor's photos....EVERY room has at least 1 cat tree, 2 bedrooms have 2-3 litter boxes EACH. Y'all know what this house smells like. WHY weren't they moved out of frame?

Funny how recent experiences change your opinion of future things. I was looking at a house, gorgeous house, beautiful landscaping. Then I looked at the roof, several sections, multiple gables....'oh that's an expensive roof' and clicked right out. No thanks!

I live in a very light-polluted area and I can still see some moving pink. Those in darker areas are probably getting quite a show!

What a beautiful interaction. Immediately drops to the fan's eye level, refocuses her, gently caresses her arm/hand in a soothing manner as she's fully focused on the fan, then asks permission for the hug. Beautiful moment this young woman will treasure.

Winterizing the yard/garden is not fun. Trimmed, pulled, raked, pulled stakes, carted trimmings down to creek, AND moved the woodpile. WHO decided we needed all these plants/flowers/shrubs/garden beds? WHO decided on a house on a hill? My old back and knees want a word with the manager. sheesh!
