This house (new construction, not bagging on a 'person's' taste) is bugging me for 2 reasons in particular (NOT the 'builder basic grey/white/black sameness'). Anybody guess why? Is it just me?

A fabulous floor-length ballgown with long sleeves and bell cuffs. The bodice is fitted with a square neckline. The skirt flares to a classic 'ballgown'. The center of the gown is matte black, shoulders, down (sleeves and hip-to-hip back skirt) is a shiny red pattern over black.

This house is practically perfect. Best part? Fully surrounded by trees aka NO neighbors! Sadly, it has 3b. ONLY 3. Poor design, imo. It's 2x sq ft, we have 5. Could easily shave off a bit of this sitting room, this game room, etc, and made another bedroom. Thanks, but no, pretty house.

My kids are all adults and would laugh at this the first time they saw it. Then they would proceed to 'talk back' while rolling their eyes very obviously.
