For house photos, make it look clean! Don't take pics with dishes in the sink, trash on flat surfaces, overflowing trash cans, litter boxes, ash trays, etc. If you're giving that in photos? You're saying 'house is dirty'. All these things are 'life', but in pics? Filth.

Several years ago, two of the studio kids were working this song. I was down the hall with the door shut. It came through. Those two are GIFTED. I cried. They finished. I walked into their room (usually a no-no) with tears on my face, touched my heart, 'You...WOW!'. Their teacher 'SEE!!!'.

'shocking'? Truly the only shocking thing is that they trusted email to be private. More likely, they, apparently rightly, believed nobody would care and that they were above the law.

This house (new construction, not bagging on a 'person's' taste) is bugging me for 2 reasons in particular (NOT the 'builder basic grey/white/black sameness'). Anybody guess why? Is it just me?
