I’ve always loved history but it’s really been reinvigorated in my 30s. For some reason my husband and I just started watching mad documentaries a couple years ago and have been entrenched since. Ever an avid student, as my grandma wished. 😌

I’ve really come to love watching anime but especially when I’m really stressed out or anxious. I’m a sub over dub (though no hate) so it forces me to pay attention. I can’t focus on anything else and keep up with it so it helps distract my brain and give my body a chance to calm down.

I really enjoy singing Beyoncé songs but also the range she likes to sing in murders my voice. Her songs be in the nastiest part of my range. 😂 And do you know how ridiculous it sounds if you pop it up an octave because she likes to play in her upper every damn where? 😩 Great stretch warmup though.
