My mom had two these Velcro secured stomach compression bands so I stole one to use around my thighs to stabilize my hips. Never going back to the little belt thing. So much more comfortable. Easily adjustable. Still very stable. Admittedly my thighs do be sweatin a lil but I can manage that. Lmao
