Week 6 (oops missed a few lol):

Average weight: 194.1 (-3.6)
Average cal/day: around 1700
Average steps: 13,051

I took a week-ish break from the cut earlier this month, hence the slower loss. Not quite the progress I was hoping for, but as I remind myself daily: it's a marathon, not a sprint.
Week 3:

Average weight: 197.4 lbs (-2.5)
Average cal/day: 1871
Average steps: 14,880

I finally started lowering my caffeine intake, and I think this explains my improved sleep. I also had 2 days I went over my calories pretty bad, so I'll have to be extra good this coming week

I woke up in the middle of the night to my cat screaming his lungs out howling, so I started panicking trying to find him. Absolutely nothing was wrong, he was just doing that.

Sleep is a little better, and I think I've found a better balance with my calories. Caffeine is still a little high. I did not hit my weekly weight loss goal, but my progress appears to be picking up again🤞

Areas I'd like to improve: I want to start getting more sleep, better quality sleep, and cut back on caffeine. I also want more consistency with my calorie intake

I don't really like posting pictures of myself, but with 2024 ending, I was proud looking back on the changes I made. There's about a 60lb difference between these two pictures.

Still more work to do in 2025, but cheers to always moving forward. Happy new year!

I keep telling myself "trust the process" with my current diet because I am not seeing the changes I want or expect on the scale. I am tracking my calories everyday - I'm in a pretty steep deficit, but I'm hitting my macro goals and I've upped my cardio too, but I can't seem to break through 203lbs

These B12 supplements have 104,167% of my body's daily B12 needs. Essentially, each of these tablets has the amount of B12 my body would need over the course of 3 years.

I'm starting to think I wasted my money buying these if the amount of vitamin B I need is that miniscule.

Fitness hack: play Balatro mobile while doing cardio - you will feel like you're time travelling. I just accidentally did incline walking for an hour trying to win on gold stake.
This might work with other games too, but I haven't checked yet
