If Jalen Hurts hasn’t been a successful quarterback for the Eagles then I need someone to explain to me what the fuck success looks like in the NFL

I am made furious by this on a daily basis. You don’t need to look at your stupid phone when walking your dog.
The near-total absence of spatial awareness in outdoor spaces is one of those things that would make me furious if it didn't amaze me. People walk around as if no one or nothing else exists. Maybe it's the phones. I don't know.

Dude how fucking bad was Patullo
The Giants are hiring former Titans head coach Brian Callahan as their new QBs coach and passing game coordinator, per me and Mike Garafolo.

John Harbaugh continued to round out his staff, adding QB expertise and head coach experience.

Of all the annoying Eagle takes the one that makes me the most mad is the WIP mindset

“The head coach sucks and makes everyone worse except the quarterback, he just played bad”

After hand waiving away 2 great Super Bowls from Hurts, wait until Drake Maye is 3-7 next November. The main argument from the film hipsters will be “he literally just went to the Super Bowl last year lol”

If Kellen Moore stayed around for one more year the Eagles are beating the Patriots 23-0 and he is getting named the head coach of the Ravens on Tuesday.

Extremely odd thing to write about a player who’s won a Super Bowl, been to another, and has 4 seasons with the Eagles averaging more yards, catches, targets, and touchdowns than his 3 with Vrabel?

I have no idea if AJ Brown will be back or not but either do the beat reporters.

If they are adamant he will be traded then ask them if they heard anything about Stoutland during the season.

They have been guessing just as much as fans about what’s going on inside the building.

The Eagles 63 year old O-line coach retired after he was demoted and everyone is reacting like Siranni murdered their grandfather

The Justin Herbert MVP vote is so embarassing it should be cause for a federal investigation into PFF and the Chargers for collusion

“It’s going to take a Howie Roseman masterclass to get this thing back on track”

HOWIE ROSEMAN IS THE CURRENT GM + VP OF FOOTBALL OPERATIONS

POSSIBLY THE MOST POWERFUL NON-OWNER IN THE NFL

HE FIRED DOUG FOR NOT LISTENING TO HIM

DO YOU THINK HE IS NOT INVOLVED IN ALL OF THESE DECISIONS?
The Eagles are a five-alarm fire right now. It's going to take a Howie Roseman masterclass to get this thing back on track. I'd sooner count on a rebuild, though. Sirianni's gone next year, and so are AJ Brown and Saquon. Hurts is out the year after that. The window for this team has slammed shut.
February 6, 2026 at 1:54 AM
I know everyone hates Siranni, but if you think the most powerful GM in the league isn’t apart of the decision making process please explain why

The Eagles beats reporters were awful this season, only Patullo had a worse year.
February 5, 2026 at 2:43 PM
Dianna Russini is totally plugged into the Eagles but never heard anything about Stoutland?
February 5, 2026 at 2:33 PM
This article has 10x more information about the 2025 season than anything else I have read
February 5, 2026 at 1:24 AM
Jason Kelce saying as an OC it can be difficult to implant and adjust your system when you don’t have full control/understanding of the blocking scheme.

Stoutland is legend forever and was crucial to winning it all in 2017/2024. But if you want to evolve as an offense, things have to change

Saw a dog named Justin Herbert at the park, tall golden retriever, everyone loved him.

He didn’t do much except fall down a lot.

His owner blamed it on trainers, he’s fired 3 already but thinks the new one will work.

Owner showed us clips on his phone of the dog doing amazing tricks at home.
The trip to the dog park was a disaster.

Jalen Hurts held the ball too long to play fetch. He ignored the middle of the field. And everything he did seemed to really upset some brown dog.

Did Patullo get a single interview request during this hiring cycle?
February 1, 2026 at 7:41 PM
I’ve seen “2020 had too many cooks in the kitchen” as a reason to be worried about the Eagles. The issue wasn’t too many cooks, the issue was that 2 of the cooks were bad and the QB fell off a cliff
January 30, 2026 at 3:42 PM
1. Derrick Gunn has no idea what he’s talking about.

2. Patullo wasn’t a serious coach, evident by everything he’s ever done in the NFL.

3. Every QB has a “style”, good coaches run their offense around those strengths. Bad coaches try to make Jalen Hurts play like Philip Rivers.
Sean Mannion may be great. But my mind goes to Derrick Gunn's quotes from last fall about how Jalen Hurts plays "his game", not the game his coaches want him to play.

And I'm skeptical a 33-year-old career backup QB has the juice to get Hurts to change.

Sean Mannion taking this JOB at 33 years old means at the very least he is kind’ve a psycho, in a good way.

Daboll and McDaniel got scared and ran to worse teams but easier jobs. No pressure or real expectations. Scared to try and actually win.
January 30, 2026 at 3:02 AM
I like the Mannion hire. Seems ambitious and that he wants to be a great coach.

Underrated Patullo thing was that he clearly got the job by being around long enough.
