I quit X and came here to get back to following Habs posts and away from the MAGA, PP, racist, fascist nonsense. If I see political posts and reposts from your account, I may unfollow you. Nothing personal, just no interest in going back down that rabbit hole.
Is Hellebuck going to get a shutout?

Czech had too many men on the ice LOL.

Watch it all the way to the end there are 6 players LMFAO

When the Habs moved on from Arturri Lehkenon, I understood it. The timing didn't work. But with the rebuild being ahead of schedule, wouldn't Lekhy look great in the Habs' top 6 today?

Anyone hoping Suzuki would have been left off the Team Canada roster so he could rest doesn't understand the growth he's experiencing right now. This quarter final game has just changed him. Made him better. For the rest of his career.

The panel gushing over Tom Wilson... And I have to admit, he's winning me over too. I dismissed his inclusion on Team Canada, but with the small rink and the way the officials are "letting them play" he's been good. Having him for the USA game is now a bonus.

Hoping for a reverse Miracle on Ice. Go Denmark!

Watching the men's long jump (skiing) and I realize why there's rumors of some injecting their penises to make them larger. It's so it matches the size of the giant balls they must have doing this crazy sport.

Hearing some comparisons between Celebrini and Demidov and how Celebrini is on pace for 120 points while Demidov is only on pace for 66 at the same age. There's a bit to unpack here, but stay with me. First off, I think Celebrini is the better player. He's one of those "generational talents" that...

It's now long been established that every accusation made by Republicans turns out to be a confession. With more and more horrific details of the Trump-Epstien files being released, I'm really starting to wonder if "eating babies" was an actual thing these pedo perverts did.

The loss of Fiala is going to be massive for LA if he's out the rest of the season. So much so, it could alter their trade deadline plans. Do they pay to replace him and still hope to make the playoffs, or become sellers?

Bondi Spying On Congressional Epstein Searches Should Be A Major Scandal
Yesterday, Attorney General Pam Bondi appeared before the House Judiciary Committee. Among the more notable exchanges was when Rep. Pramila Jayapal asked some of Jeffrey Epstein's victims who were in the audience to stand up and indicate whether Bondi's DOJ had ever contacted them about their experiences. None of them had heard from the Justice Department. Bondi wouldn't even look at the victims as she frantically flipped through her prepared notes.

I'm very confident the US will take over this hockey game as it progresses, but imagine if Latvia upset them. That would be hilarious.

I've said this before during international events, but if you're not following @stevenpellis.ca during the Olympic hockey you are missing out on great coverage and fantastic stickman art.
Connor McDavid doesn't land many hits, but that was one of the bigger ones we've seen. #Olympics

I don't think it was wrong for fans to assume Wilson's style of play wouldn't translate to the Olympics, but the officiating has been very "north American." I think Team Canada knew it would be before they picked the team.

Wait. The Olympics have started!? You mean there's more to it than hockey?

If Habs fans in Bluesky want to get made at that no penalty call for the hit to the head on Guhle, I completely understand.

I think if Suzuki gets a hatty with a 5v5 goal, a short-handed goal and a PP goal, from now on it should be called a Nick Suzuki hat trick.

I'm sure it's probably been done before, but I don't think anyone has claimed a name for it yet. And if they did, too bad. I'm making a new rule.

MSL talking about how he loves that the team is playing competitive, meaningful games now as it advances the lessons more quickly. I was a little nervous early in the season that it was coming too easy and that guys would begin to stop carrying their share of the load. This stretch is good.

I wasn't going to say anything until the game was over, but even now at 2-2, and regardless of the outcome, Dobes had been really sharp tonight. I suspect he gets the next game too.
