Following a verbal confrontation with Angus in Goulburn some years ago, I have followed his political career with interest.
In my opinion he's achieved nothing of merit during his tenure as a member of parliament for, not just his constituency but also for Australia.

You can't prove received wisdom wrong if you don't try... and you've got to give China credit for not being afraid to try. A step on the way to serious reduction of shipping emissions by 2050? Or an expensive experiment with niche coastal uses? Time will tell!
