Here’s what I think the Dems strategy right now (and I hope I’m wrong).
1. Make the country aware that ACA subsidies expire. 2. End shutdown knowing nothing will be done 3. Hurt enough Americans that they change their vote to Dems in 2026.

If you rent a house that costs $1000, it’ll cost 1 person 1k. Two would pay $500. Ten buddies would each pay $100. That’s regardless of whether or not they use the pool or kitchen. Now apply that to the ACA. When Trump eliminated the mandate, fewer people, higher per person. Why is that so hard?

Fun fact: Obamacare was copied from Mit Romney’s plan (GOP). He came up with it as a response to Hillary Clinton’s idea of single payer insurance when he was Gov of MA. The Heritage Foundation backed it 100% until the first black man became president and wanted to take it national. Look it up.

My health insurance with subsidies is $380/mo., which is hard to swallow. Starting January 1st, that same plan is $1065/mo. I’m starting Medicare, but how many will drop their insurance due to affordability??

Last night I had a nightmare. There was an eagle with only one wing, still able to fly. Its one wing had areas of red and blue along with the white. It had been terrorizing people in my neighborhood for awhile, even injured some.
