Few mundane things annoy me as much as when I exclude a search term, but the engine still decides to include it anyway because it's made to treat the thing I'm *trying* to search as a typo that means something else.

It's also worth pointing out that Mint has Flathub in its software manager, and uses handy little icons to distinguish between system packages and Flatpaks.
Remember, fellow Linux noobs. Flatpak is your friend.
