While communities are busy recovering from disaster, there are entire industries that profit from the loss. Polluters who fuel the climate crisis need to foot the bill to clean up the mess they are creating.

Corporations abuse the criminal justice system and take away the rights of individuals!

SLAPPs let them weaponize the court system against individuals engaging in public participation. ISDS lets them bypass domestic courts and use international arbitration, often excluding public participation.
