We can survive a corrupt and vengeful Republican administration. We've done it before.
We can survive an ineffective Democratic administration.

I have no hope for the people of Gaza and Palestinians in the West Bank. Trump has given Israel support for any and all violence. It is a very dark time in human history. I no longer believe the arc bends towards justice.

What a failure by media. The State Dept Global Engagement Center responsible for countering disinformation shut down on Monday and barely any news on this.

This is a great tip on how to get an email message to corporate CEO's and boards if you want to give them feedback. I wouldn't suggest this as a scare tactic, just to get direct access to folks you otherwise can't reach.
How to terrify major corporate CEO's in their time of fear.
If you do this, DO NOT make death threats, veiled death threats or anything like that.
Just let them know what you think of their level of greed, that karma is a b!tch & you will be sure to send tots & pears to the families for their loss.

Worth reading. When I heard the news it came as no shock. There was no chance of justice after he won. Garland dropped the ball and the Supreme Court gave him cover. His voters were ill-informed, or didn't care, or stand with the insurrectionists. This is how democracy dies. It's so depressing.

Well, this is a relief.
I can't wrap my head around it either, but right now I have so much hate and anger for the misinformed, fearful, and bigoted Americans who brought this on. I know hate isn't productive but it keeps me from collapsing into the grief. I will let it burn in the background and fuel me to fight back.
I will never understand how a billionaire, the richest man on Earth, spent millions to buy an election for ANOTHER billionaire, and told us that his policies would cause all of us non-billionaires “temporary hardship...”
