One of the stories that makes me the saddest out of this ICE invasion is one out of the Minnesota Star Tribune today about ICE agents eating at a little Mexican restaurant in the small town of Willmar, Minn, —and then, when they were done, arresting some of the workers.

At lunch yesterday, student at the picnic table next to mine were working on a problem set. They had ChatGPT opened and were copying answers from it. It made me think about how I need to change the way I teach because I’m not convinced this is the way to learn anything.

Just an FYI: my Get Out the Vote efforts do not belie the fact that Trump will do everything he can to stop the midterms, and do not in any way intend to imply that voting is our ONLY cause of action, or that we must do nothing until we vote.
