People... if you walk into a bar in Sevilla and just order "a sherry" it's like saying you'd like "some food". Usually the barman will give you a cream (lightly sweet) sherry because they think that's what foreigners like. This might help...

Small lunch at Mimolet Girona today, rice with ‘lobster’ which was actually langoustine and black garlic mayonnaise.
Coulisant filled with peanut butter cream.
Decent wine list but alas I had to drive.
