Substack is trying to further trap its publishers on the platform with subscriber payments through the Apple store. From the FAQ for the new feature:

A: For IAP subscribers, Apple does not transfer billing relationships between platforms.

The key difference to look for in a Mamdani admin will be that he’s more than just vibes. I expect he will be. Obama too often left his vibes on the table.
I swear this man is channeling Obama vibes and I so love it. I miss messages of humanity, hope, and optimism spoken with vision and clarity and avoiding using blame or hate in order to win. THIS is the kind of politics we need more of.
