People call Earthbound a "quirky nonsensical rpg" and while that's true, a lot of examples people bring up are just references to pop culture and music from the 50s-80s. It gives off the impression that many Nintendo fans only interact with Nintendo products and never leave their comfort zone.

With the announcement by the US of the launch of phase two of the Netanyahu-Trump illegal and colonial plan for Gaza, the BDS movement warns this constitutes a continuation of the US-backed Israeli genocide against 2.3 million Palestinians in Gaza. We call for renewed pressure for ending the genocide and for lawful, targeted sanctions globally.

One of my favorite things about Mothra is that it isn't a movie about a "nice" creature. The monster is nature's furious lesson - mankind can try to control nature and monetize it and ruin it, but nature will inevitably win. In its grander scheme, we are powerless.

I've had a promotional VHS for the test animation that became Batman: The Animated Series for a long time, I bought it on eBay in like...1999? The version they put as a bonus on the DVD said they lost the audio but uh, here it is. You're welcome Bruce Timm.
