SO MUCH THIS, I am also so very tired of this, shaming terrible people is great but shame them for the REASON THEY ARE TERRIBLE and not for anything about their bodies or appearances
look. these people care deeply about appearances and superficial appearance and I get it’s very tempting to dunk on the gap between their displays of suppposed strength and health and YOUR perception of their strength and health. but that’s just putting a different wrapper their (shit!) framework.
