Reminder that 57% of ACA Marketplace enrollees live in congressional districts represented by a Republican.

They're selling out their own voters.

South Carolina schools recently sent home unvaccinated kids to stem a growing measles outbreak. It turned out 5 of them were infected and, if they'd been at school, could've unwittingly spread it to their classmates for days.

Are you aware we execute innocent people in the US quite regularly?

Here's a story about Anthony Boyd, an innocent black man the state of Alabama intends to murder by gas mask next week.

What can you do? Read this, and check out the thread below for how you can help. 🩷

Everything about this case shows how easy it is to send someone to death row.

Anthony Boyd was sentenced to death entirely on dubious eyewitness testimony. His lawyer had a month to prepare for trial. Alabama plans to execute him next week.

The federal food program helping more than 1 in 4 young children access fresh produce, milk, and formula will run out of funding next week.

Over 5 million children could lose food assistance — all thanks to the Trump-Republican shutdown.

The cruelty is endless.

When I was a kid, I learned that ‘a lot’ and ‘alot’ were different things. The lot over there was ‘a lot’ and a whole bunch of something was ‘alot’. Two completely different things. Just like hear and here are two different things that sound the same but are spelled differently.
We acknowledge that no one has the bandwidth for this, but if it helps:

- It’s ‘voilà,’ not ‘wallah!’
- It’s ‘a lot,’ not ‘alot.’
- It’s ‘further ado,’ not ‘farther adieu.’
- It’s ‘flesh out,’ not ‘flush out.’
- It’s ‘sneak peek,’ not ‘sneak peak.’

No worries if not!!!
