upon my responsibility as a Member-elect
of the 90th Congress, I object to the
oath being administered at this time to
the gentleman from New York [Mr. Powell].
I base this upon facts and

eligibility of Mr. Powell to a seat in this
House be referred to a special committee–

Both parties should support this. Using AI to generate a video of a candidate saying something he didn’t say should be illegal. Especially since many voters think it is real. I will condemn any candidate from either party who does this.
