After 16 years(!) I am breaking up(ish) with twitter. Going to focus on interacting with ARMY here as much as possible. 🕯️🕯️manifesting GC functionality! 🕯️🕯️
As an ARMY & professional in the ticketing biz this is all 100% true. The HIGHEST prices are resale right after the face-value tickets have sold out. It's hard to be patient when booking non-refundable travel, but you WILL be able to get tickets closer to the show date(s). Make those travel plans!
This is good advice! I panic-bought during the presale for D-day (my first IRL concert experience) and paid a stupid amount of money when I probably didn't need to. Tickets will be out there somewhere, even for a sold out show. #BTS #ARMY

Please dont fret too much about tickets. Yes all the bad things you don’t want to happen will (solos, scalpers, TM WILL fail you) but better things happen

Ahh hold up I was misremembering--they actually announced the tour a MONTH before the album release date, with the first concert dates about 6 weeks after the album release. I can't remember when tickets went on sale but probably a week or two after the announcement?

I remember when the Map of the Soul 7 album went on pre-order it didn’t have a design concept yet, you were just ordering a box with a question mark on it. 🤣 At least we have a logo this time.
