lmao for years kpop stans have blatantly refused to understand songwriters' role in the music they listen to but now that this Kpop Demon hunter girl is going "yeah I never debuted so I became a songwriter instead, here's a list of the songs I wrote", everyone GETS it? wow that was mysteriously easy

I finally made Jungkook’s mushroom truffel pasta! Was it worth the wait? No, I can name twenty pastas that I think are tastier 😅 but it was made with love and that's what counts

this year I've written only one 10k Bangtan fic (overlooking the crossover GD fic bc that was of course blasphemous 😅) and with that kind of output my AO3 inbox is much quieter than it used to be... EXCEPT Yuri on Ice fans are commenting on fics from 2016-2018 aaaaall the time

Through this live, I discovered Kim Kwangseok, who is definitely one of my favourite Korean artists. He's also from Daegu, and there's even a Kim Kwangseok Street full of murals depicting him which I got to visit. Waiting for the Min Yoongi Street to be set up. Waiting for Yoongi to sing to us 🥲
@seesawenthooz.borasky.social's namgi fic reminded me of yoongi's acoustic cover of that kim kwangseok song, so i went to listen to it again. it reminded me of that era before d-day tour. yoongi did so much. he came to talk to us so much when the others were busy.

I've actually started writing that WIP idea, my Bangtan depression era must be ending bc writing ridiculous versions of them is sparking joy, and it's been at least a few years since writing fic about them felt that way. What is this change? Is it the looming comeback? Do my elf ears sense it 😲
