I am worried that even as we see the weaponization of government against Trump's political opponents, too few have stepped forward to object. I worry that as a result, we will see an escalation of political retribution that will be met with what MLK called "the appalling silence of the good people."

I wish more people understood that grants aren’t handouts. They are payments for services the government can’t provide without contracting with nonprofits & universities.
