Luftaustausch vermindert das Infektionsrisiko von vielen Krankheiten und fördert die Konzentration. Es gibt also keinen Grund, nicht in öffentlichen Innenräumen durch automatische, am Besten CO2 gesteuerte, Lüftungsanlagen auf gute Luftwerte zu setzen! #worldventil8day

If you worry about cholesterol, you should also worry about Covid, the flu, RSV + as this article states: 'hepatitis C, H.I.V. and varicella zoster' (get vaccinated for herpes zoster!)
My latest dead stock fabric purchase of mostly chequered fabrics just arrived and every single one feels great and looks even better than I expected, yay! ✨ If you see me at a conference next year I might be wearing one of these fabrics as I'm planning to sew some more formal pieces.

Did you know it was several decades before handwashing in hospitals was implemented after it was found to be necessary in 1846? We’re in the same boat today, except w/ airborne transmission—yes, in 2025. Unfuckingbelievable. So unnecessary, maddening, irresponsible, & dangerous. #MasksInHealthcare
This isn’t fearmongering — it’s reality. Hospital-acquired COVID can delay care or cost you your health — even your life.
Infection control measures — masks, ventilation, testing, and staff/patient protections — should be standard care in every healthcare setting.
