So Oregon's predicted budget deficit went from an anticipated $370 million down to $63 million thanks to "higher than anticipated" corporate tax payments.
Maybe I'm overblowing this but it is very suspicious that every tax on rich people/corporations brings in more money "than expected" once enacted
