A reminder that this anti-trans panic is 100% bullshit and exactly none of our country’s problems are related to someone expressing their gender identity and everyone who isn’t a hate-filled weirdo knows it.

it's so funny to see America's health insurance companies be like "look. If there's one thing we love it's denying you care. but we ran the numbers - and we cannot BELIEVE we're saying this - and it's cheaper for us to just pay for the vaccines than deal with you going to the ER."
Regardless of the disgraceful nonsense we will likely hear from this administration in the coming days on vaccine “recommendations,” Americas healthcare insurers issued a joint statement tonight saying coverage for Covid and flu shots will remain unchanged from prior years.

Speaks for itself.

*Everyone* should read @theradr.bsky.social's book, On Repentance and Repair. This thread is a good start and gets into general principles, but the whole book breathes life into the subject and hits a lot of the, "What about ____?" questions people have.
Here are some scripts that you can use when it's Repentance and Repair O'Clock. 1/x

Needless to say, these are starting points, please add a lot to them and adjust to your context.

Fascinating (and lengthy) thread about the world's most (in)famous copper merchant:
Ea-nāṣir is the recipient of the world’s oldest complaint letter. He’s reportedly the worst businessman of the 18th century, a mediocre conman whose actions should have him put out of business. Is this fair?

Here’s a thread on the most up-to-date research on this captivating figure.
