鬱病当事者の記録だけあり、大半は絶望、葛藤、自己否定の記録である。

それでも、随所に笑えるところがある。

葛藤、絶望の中にある笑い、それを極めて自然な形で表現出来ることは並大抵ではない。

だからこそ、自分がきつくなった時に読み返したい。
