It should be way bigger news that far-right politicians from Europe, some of whose parties actively flirt with Nazi slogans, came to NYC to party with Young Republicans.

New @desmog.com story shows how pro-oil and gas 'news' is manufactured.

The Globe & Mail reported on an LNG report without noting the report's author works for a fossil fuel lobby group.

The group even tells clients it can 'get your story told' in Cdn media.

The Indigenous group cited as being in favour of the pipeline in this article is in fact a crown corporation owned by the Government of Alberta. Its funding comes from the GoA and Danielle Smith's Cabinet appoints its Board of Directors

Carney just signed a deal with Alberta that lays out conditions for a new oil pipeline.

In doing this, he managed to piss off one of his own cabinet ministers (who promptly resigned), coastal First Nations, the B.C. government, the Green Party and the Bloc Québécois.
