as a keen sceptic, I put in over 27 mins of research into erasure of white faces in ads - due to this scrutiny, I discovered that there are SOME black faces in adverts - not all, not most - in fact there were almost as many vampires - no further discussion necessary

So if I remember my #PapayaRules right if you take a lunge up the inside of your team mate on the 1st lap, hit another car then bump into your team mate then that’s not cool and you get #Repercussions depending on the damage right? #F1 #AustinSprintGP

I am a liberal, and I am against this sort of thing
Liberal Democrats cannot support mandatory digital IDs. People shouldn't be criminalised just because they don't want to hand over their private data.

Great 1st half! 2 more goals and we’ll be top of the league 😂 🌳⚽️ #NFFC #PremierLeague

No shit Sherlock. You don’t need to be a genius to know redundancies and forcing remote workers back to the office undermines job satisfaction often linked to productivity and therefore profitability.

I know I bitched about the price but the coverage has been good, the UHD stream flawless and both finals were excellent but my god that men’s final was almost worth the price alone! #RolandGarros #FrenchOpen
The French Open is one of our favourite things of the late Spring, but not sure this year…
In the last few years it’s gone from Freeview with <£5 for a month’s ITV+ for ad free catch up, to <£10 for Eurosport, but this year it’s now >£30 for TNT sports after they killed Eurosport UK! #RolandGarros

2.5 hours and 3 sets of entertainment later and Boisson is through to the Quarters. Maybe now she’ll get a good show time.
You’ve got to feel sorry for Boisson. A French woman has only made it to Round 4 of the #FrenchOpen 5 or so times in the last 10 years (and not past since 2017) and sure she’s in the big show court, but buried at lunch time. She should be in a Prime time slot. #RolandGarros

In general I’m still a fan of VAR overall… but 6 minutes to decide on an offside is just stupid. If it takes more than 30 seconds then it’s not a clear and obvious error so stick with the ref’s call.

Lolz at Lawson out qualifying Tsunoda even if both are out in Q2. Hadjar in the Red Bull at the end of the triple header? #f1 #JapaneseGP

Very Sad to hear this, I knew he'd been ill for a while but really hoped he'd pull through for a while longer at least.

I know the world has moved on but as a 90’s teenager this is incredibly sad as I think this is the last link to those hours spent chatting making strangers friends online between 1995 and 2005 on IRC, Yahoo chat, and MSN Messenger which morphed into Skype.

Is that the sound of a hundred RISOs I hear?
If - unlike the entire Conservative front bench - you *hadn't* been repeatedly kicked in the head by a horse, you might think that "not on Twitter but in local communities" was a positive thing on which the Lib Dems could, for example, quote you on enormous posters in every Lib/Con marginal
🚨 NEW: Kemi Badenoch acknowledges the existence of the Lib Dems

- Considers them a “protest party for mainly people on the left”
- "They are not on Twitter, but they are in local communities"
- "They will destroy the whole country..."

For almost 2 years I’ve wondered when we’d start talking about “stagflation”
February 6, 2025 at 9:35 PM
Because Labour aren’t Authoritarian enough and already bordering on Centre Right. Keep this up and we’re back to the late 90’s and 00’s with the @libdems.org.uk being the “left” choice!

Nothing makes me freeze quicker than an ice breaker.
“I thought it might be nice to go around the room and have everyone introduce themselves, including a fun fact.”

You thought wrong.

This could be the most expensive 99p you ever spend 😂 I didn’t even pay that much to read the 1st 2 or 3 books but I’ve lost count on how much I’ve spent on this excellent series now! And I mean that in a good way lol
