Today I learned that if you leave a GU packet in your cycling jersey and then run it through the wash, the packaging will not rupture and destroy the washer and force you to disclose your mistake to your spouse. Thank you GU packaging team.

ngl, this looks like pretty good advice (my mom just gave me her original better homes and garden cookbook from i dunno 65 years ago). If you find me laying on the floor of my office you now know why.
