Hey @github.com, I get that I’m probably in a test group because at least one colleague is not getting copilot reviewer suggestions, but please:
Give me a button to never see copilot suggestions again. I don’t want it, and my company’s policy (which I help maintain) is that we do not allow it.

This morning I was reading a new book my mother had sent to my kids, and I was surprised, horrified, and fascinated to realize it appears to be entirely, or almost entirely, generated by AI. The pictures are obviously gen ai, and the writing is suspicious as well.

Like Big Pharma and Big Tobacco, Big Tech deploys doubt and uncertainty (i.e. agnotology) to skirt transparency and accountability. The need for research on interpretability and explainabilty doesn't justify the release of AI products that are untested, risky or cause harm. #algorithmicagnotology

I’m enjoying AAAI / IAAI this year, but listening to Andrew Ng’s talk takes me back in time to when I was a student wondering why the industry people were so grumpy. Big name presenters should really
make an effort to cite others heavily, and ack when what they are presenting is industry norm.
