Two months ago I chose to quit vaping, and pick up running. Yesterday I ran my first mile without stopping. Something I’ve never done even at my healthiest. I cried twice yesterday cause I thought I still had months before I saw this goal! #running #runner

Weird cough, gone. Chest pain, gone. Head fog, cleared. Energy, up. I can’t hear myself breathing at night anymore , I can walk and talk without being winded. I feel so fucking free. It has been one of the hardest things I’ve done, I’m not near a finish line and I’m not looking for one.

Sorry, I hate to ask this or beg. I’ve come on some hard times and have about 20 bucks to my name right now. I start a new job semi soon and could really use some help.

Changing is so hard, my body and mind are so used to the comforts of life that striving for something different feels like walking in waist high mud.

That’s why it’s about small steps forward, and not getting upset when pushed back a step or two. Learn from this missteps and keep going.

Now I cannot stand silence. I play the music all day when I work from home.

I paid to hear Ariana, Cynthia and others sing. I didn’t pay to see Cindy boohoo try to defy gravity. Sing at home, sing in the car, sing anywhere but near me in the theater. Thank you.
